The Daymak Spiritus will be the world’s first electric car to mine cryptocurrencies: from Dogecoin to Bitcoin to Ethereum, and it will do so… even when parked! The brand has reportedly already surpassed $350 million in pre-orders in less than 60 days. A real success story
K2000 is a thing of the past!
Daymak Avvenire is a brand offering the most advanced range of LEVs (light electric vehicles) on the market. Based in Canada, it is about to launch the first electric vehicle capable of mining bitcoin and several other cryptocurrencies when parked. The company announced that the car would use solar power to mine a multitude of cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin and Dogecoin.
Announced on Tuesday, Daymak’s 3-wheeled electric vehicle, the Spiritus, will include the Daymak Nebula, the company’s patent-pending crypto infrastructure, and a Daymak wallet to store mined cryptocurrencies. The Spiritus model is expected to launch in 2023, with the goal of becoming the fastest 3-wheeled vehicle in the world.
Aldo Baiocchi, Daymak’s president, said the company looks forward to futuristic uses of cryptocurrencies improving the lives of its customers and allowing them to “be ahead of their times”:
“We envision a future where your highway tolls, parking, and drive-thru orders are paid directly on the fly with crypto. […] Your online bills and banking transactions can be processed through the same software platform with cryptos.”
Each vehicle will be a node on the Bitcoin blockchain. The Daymak ecosystem will be inserted into each vehicle, including the Nebula Miner and Nebula Wallet. The latest updates are aimed at creating more environmentally friendly nodes and vehicles to maximize profits for the owner.
“While most vehicles depreciate in value while sitting in your garage, the Nebula Miner will earn you money while your Spiritus is parked. The potential applications are endless. “
From $19,950 to $149,000
This price difference is explained by the presence of 2 versions of the Spiritus model: Deluxe and Ultimate. In addition, Daymak has also opened pre-orders for the Spiritus vehicles, accepting several cryptocurrencies as payment methods, including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Dogecoin (DOGE) and Cardano (ADA).
The electric vehicle company has already raised over $350 million in pre-orders in less than 2 months. Its CEO says the world is gradually adopting cryptocurrencies and sees an even brighter future, hence the brand’s recent developments.
“We [Daymak] will be in the middle of the blockchain revolution. […] Everyone will be paying with crypto by then, and we are building these cars with that in mind. “
Unlike other cars that depreciate in value, Baiocchi said:
“Spiritus owners will have a vehicle that has the potential to pay for itself while it’s parked. “
In less than a day, Daymak reportedly made a profit of $12.25, according to the model’s teaser video.
In addition to collecting crypto earnings with the electric car and making transactions using the built-in Nebula wallet, customers can pre-order the Spiritus using cryptocurrencies. Of course, at $149,000 for the most expensive model, it’s best to plan to mine for several years. This time around, Daymak Avvenire is striking a chord, as Tesla is hesitant to accept bitcoin again.
